About Us
Wis'n Up is a classic Rock band playing songs from the 50s,
60s and 70s.
It
covers US,
UK and Australian rock and roll, rock and Rhythm and Blues
numbers.
Wis'n
Up are proud members of Warriors SA.
Warriors
SA is a club for recreational musicians and singers. It
provides:
- opportunities to
meet and form bands with like-minded members
- support to rekindle
musical interests and skills, and
- opportunities to
perform music in public venues.

Wis'n Up Makes a Come-back!
Wis'n Up is back.
Former members of the 2007 line-up did a Blues Brothers and decided
"we're putting the band back together".
Last Gig
Saturday 31 October 2009. 1.30 at The Gov Front Bar. A
complete change from last time, today was warm and sunny. A small but
enthusiastic audience welcomed Wis'n Up's relaxed afternoon set. See

First Come-back Gig
Saturday 29 August 2009. 2.00 pm at The Gov.It was pouring with icy rain outside, but snug and warm inside where two acoustic duos and four bands kept the cold at bay and the joint jumping as
Wis'n Up dusted off some of their old favourites.
